At our April Meeting we were greeting with Chris Spells, of the NOAA Weather Program Office, who discussed his experiences in grad school, his research with AEROSE and how he used his research to help shape his dissertation. Hea also discussed his career with NOAA, including his involvement with developing code for mapping wildfires and ice.
Our next event will be at the Richmond Flying Squirrels Baseball Game on June 7th.
