Next Meeting February 21st at WTVR Studios

The next meeting of the Central Virginia Chapter of the American Meteorological Society (AMS) will be at 6:20 pm, Thursday, February 21, 2019 at WTVR studios, 3301 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23230. Please meet in their parking lot behind their studios at the backdoor entrance of the building.  Meteorologists Mike Stone and Zach Daniel will be our tour guides.

All Central Virginia Chapter AMS meetings are welcome to all with an interest in meteorology/weather (professional meteorologists and weather enthusiasts). Although encouraged, chapter members do not need to be members of the AMS. Chapter officer nominations are being taken by the Chapter Nominations Committee. Please contact me if you are interested in being an officer. Officers include President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. The only limitation is that the chapter president must be a member of the American Meteorological Society.
